General Information

Chamber Ambassadors are an informed, select group of highly motivated, enthusiastic community members, and businesspeople who serve as the backbone of the Chamber’s membership program. They represent the Chamber at many civic, social, and community events.

Their efforts include welcoming new members by introducing themselves at chamber functions, such as breakfast, events, ribbon cuttings, and grand openings, or by calling on possible new member leads. They also attend regularly scheduled Chamber functions and share with the business community the success stories for the Chamber and effectively address the question, “What is the Chamber doing for me?” In short, Ambassadors are the finest public relations arm of the Chamber.  All these “touches” help the Chamber add value to a membership and gives an Ambassador an exclusive opportunity to also promote their business throughout each month.

In addition, Ambassadors can visit new members, deliver welcome and renewal packets often with a team member, can make telephone calls, or visit area members. Ambassadors enable the Chamber to maintain two-way communication with all Chamber members. A successful Ambassador program will result in a higher membership retention rate and an improved ability to address the needs of the business community.

Ambassadors possess the leadership qualities we seek as a representative of the East Pasco Chamber of Commerce. If you are interested in joining this committee, please let us know at ceo@eastpascochamber.org.

Are you a candidate for Chamber Ambassador?

  • Do you support the mission and vision of the Chamber of Commerce?
  • Will you take the time to participate in and attend chamber-related meetings and functions?
  • Are you a team player who will work towards a common goal as set forth by the board of directors?
  • Are you willing to raise your hand when volunteers are needed to support the work of the chamber and greater East Pasco community?
  • If you answered yes, then you are what your Chamber is looking for in an Ambassador!
