Greater East Pasco Chamber Foundation Awards $12,000 in Scholarships.

The Greater East Pasco Chamber Foundation and Chamber of Commerce proudly awarded $12,000 in scholarships to twelve outstanding high school seniors at its annual Academic & Vocational Scholarship Breakfast, held on May 28, 2025. This year’s recipients include six students from Zephyrhills High School and six from Pasco High School.

The Scholarship Breakfast recognizes students who exemplify academic achievement, strong character, commitment to community service, and professional presentation. These students were selected through a competitive application process requiring two essays, a minimum of 100 combined hours of volunteer or work experience and plans to pursue further education or training in Florida. Eligible students must attend a high school that is a member of the East Pasco Chamber of Commerce.

Family members, educators, community leaders, and local sponsors gathered to celebrate the achievements of these exceptional students. The event reflects the Chamber Foundation’s mission to invest in educational advancement and workforce readiness in East Pasco County.

The Chamber and Foundation extend sincere gratitude to IR Staffing, this year’s Breakfast Sponsor, and to the 2025 Foundation Sponsors: AdventHealth Dade City & Zephyrhills, Bahr’s Propane Gas & A/C, BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel / BayCare Health Systems, Benedictine Sisters of Florida, BGE, Inc., Central Florida Tree & Debris, City of Zephyrhills, IR Staffing, Jarrett Ford Dade City, Saint Leo University, San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, SouthState Bank, Spivey Karate, Statewide Insurance, Suncoast Credit Union, Sunrise Rotary of Dade City, Trax Credit Union, and Vitis Realty, whose generous support made this event and scholarship program possible.

The scholarship program is one of several initiatives of the Greater East Pasco Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to youth leadership, education, and workforce development. The Foundation continues to serve as a vital partner in preparing the region’s next generation of leaders and professionals.
